I recently worked on a project with Johnson & Johnson, where we launched J&J Learn, an upskilling platform much like LinkedIn Learning. My role was to create a manual called 'Guidance for Content Creators,' which was designed to help managers and admins who were selecting and uploading educational content. The guide included tips on best practices for naming conveentions, organizing content, accessibility, keeping the company's tone and voice consistent, and steering clear of jargon and acronyms.
