The Smarten Spaces team asked me to create content that makes their Jumpree App easier to use. The app is popular among businesses that want to let employees digitally manage their workspaces from a mobile device. I focused on using clear, concise language for tasks like logging in, booking rooms or desks, accessing services, and adjusting lighting. I often use questions to guide users through these tasks, keeping the tone helpful and ensuring each screen has a clear purpose.
